What's changed about your exchange process?
- We've made it faster and easier to get the right size! If you need a different size, simply reorder the correct one and return the original item simultaneously. This way, you'll get your replacement sooner and can even take advantage of sale prices that might end before a traditional exchange can be processed.
Why should I reorder before returning?
- Reordering upfront speeds up the process significantly. You'll receive the correct size much faster than waiting for us to receive your return and ship a replacement. Plus, you can ensure you get the item at the same price if it was a special offer.
What if I would prefer to wait for my refund?
- No problems at all. You will be notified when the goods have been received, and the credit has been issued. You are then free to reorder in the size you want. So that you know, limited-time specials may have already finished.
What if the item I need is out of stock when I reorder?
- If the item is out of stock, you can still return the original item for a refund or store credit. We recommend that you contact our customer service team to ask about restock dates or alternative options.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
- Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs associated with a change-of-mind return (e.g., incorrect size).

Do you charge restocking fees?
- We do not charge a restocking fee if:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging, with the original tags still attached. Consider this: Would you be happy to receive the product in the state you are returning it if you were paying full price?
- Otherwise, we will charge a fee and offer a special offer for the returned item. The fee will be 20% and will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Are there any exceptions to the restocking fee?
- We may waive the restocking fee in certain circumstances, such as when the sizing chart is incorrect or the product listing contains a mistake.

How do I return an item?
- Please packIt's easy! Visit our online returns portal, enter your order number, and follow the instructions to generate a return shipping label. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest post office or courier depot.
Can I return an item to a physical store?
- You certainly can. Please note that we have reduced staff (and are often busier) on the weekends, so we will likely be able to process the return quicker during the week. However, you can still physically drop it off on the weekend, and we will process it first thing Monday.
How long does it take to process a return?
- Once we receive your return, processing it typically takes 7-14 business days. Depending on the outcome, you'll receive an email notification when your refund has been issued or your store credit has been applied to your account.
What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
