All PENN reels purchased in New Zealand on or after 1 July 2022 come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.

All other PENN products (including rods) purchased in New Zealand come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage caused by addition to, or alterations of the product, accident, abuse, improper use, neglect and/or normal wear and tear.

While you can register your product on the PENN Website in NZ - there is no real need to.

Provided you have given us your details when you purchased the product (online or in-store) - we will have a record of your purchase and be able to help you out.
