G. Loomis rods are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against non-conformities in workmanship and materials for the original owner's life. 

Sales receipt or proof of purchase is required, and warranties are non-transferable.

Shimano NZ will inspect the rod to determine if the breakage was due to workmanship or material non-conformance. For breakage determined to have occurred due to non-conformance, Shimano NZ will, at the company’s discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge.

Breakage that results from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, alteration, accidental damage, or neglect will qualify for the xpeditor service.

Our xpeditor Service is a no-fault, “no questions asked” replacement program. If your rod is damaged or broken, this program provides a same-model replacement for a set price.

G. Loomis products are built with various grades of technology, componentry, and performance. Due to this, our xpeditor fees vary depending on the model of the rod.

Discontinued models will be replaced with the closest model of similar build material.

Please refer to the list below to determine xpeditor pricing for your specific rod.  Handling fees may be applied at the retailer's discretion.

There is a 5 Month lead time on all G. Loomis orders and warranties.
