You can track the status of your product return by using our Product Returns Tracking Tool. You need your RMA Reference # and the email address you used to lodge the return.

Our goal is to handle returns promptly, typically within 7-14 days from the time we receive them at our warehouse. 

However, keep in mind that processing time will likely be extended if the item needs to be sent to the supplier for further warranty evaluation. Parts availability and seasonal workload may, unfortunately, also increase this delay. This would be around 3-4 weeks - though a few suppliers take significantly longer.
