Faulty Items
Oh no! We appreciate it's frustrating - but occasionally, we get a new product that is faulty from new.
If you received a faulty item, we are keen to get it sorted as quickly as possible - so please create a return request on our website - https://www.marine-deals.co.nz/ProductReturn/Return - you will need your order number and email address to start.
Once you have started the return - the more detail you can give us, the quicker we can process it for you. Please include:
- A clear description of what isn't working with the products - it will try to troubleshoot before returning
- Any photos of it might show the damage or fault (if applicable)
Wrong Products
While this happens very rarely, if you receive a different item from what you ordered, please let us know immediately so we can put it right.

Physical Return of Products
If we need the goods back, we will email you a free shipping label so you can return the wrong item to us (at no additional cost). You can then choose to send your return parcel using ParcelPoint Drop-Off or Australia Post.
