Returns Made Easy
Want to return something? No worries, it happens! Here's the lowdown:

Faulty Products
It's rare, but sometimes things go wrong. If your product is faulty, just fill out our Returns Form. This gives us the info we need to resolve the issue quickly. We'll either repair or replace it for you.
Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items
Did you get the wrong item? Something is missing, or did it arrive damaged? Fill out the Returns Form, and we'll fix it ASAP. If something is damaged or missing, take photos of the packaging so we can check with the couriers.
Important Note: Check your order confirmation email if an item seems missing. If it says "Usually ships...", it will be sent separately within that timeframe. We ship "In Stock" items immediately and send "Ships at a later date" items later.
Changing the Size
No problem. Just return the wrong size to us and we will issue you a credit. You are then free to reorder the correct size.
In a hurry? Reorder the correct one and return the original at the same time. This will get you the right size faster and let you take advantage of any sale prices.
- Why reorder first? It's much faster! You'll get the correct size quicker than waiting for us to process your return. Plus, if there's a special offer, you can snag the same sale price.
- Would you rather wait for the credit? No problem. We'll let you know when we've received your return and issued the credit. Then you can reorder. Just keep in mind that any specials might have ended by then.
- What if the item is out of stock? You can still return the original for a store credit. Contact our customer service team to check restock dates or other options.
- Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes, you're responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns (like incorrect size).
Changing Your Mind
Changed your mind about a purchase? That's okay! You can return it within 30 days for an exchange, store credit, or refund, as long as:
- It's unused and in its original packaging.
- You have proof of purchase.
- You bought it intending to keep it.
Please note: Some items can't be returned, like:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, bait)
- Masks, goggles, and swimwear
- Copyright infringement products (e.g., software, DVDs)
- Airtime credits and SIM cards
- Cut products (e.g., rope, chain, edging)
Restocking Fees
We don't charge restocking fees if the item is returned in new condition with intact packaging. If it's not in new condition, we'll charge a 20% restocking fee. This helps cover the cost of getting it back in sellable condition.
Returns Process
- Visit our online returns portal.
- Enter your order number and follow the instructions.
- Pack the item securely and attach the label.
- Drop it off at your nearest post office or courier depot.
Can I return an item to a physical store? Yes, you can. We're less busy during the week, so it might be quicker to process your return then. But you can drop it off anytime, and we'll process it as soon as possible.
How long does it take to process a return? We will let you know soon after we receive your return. Processing usually takes 7-14 business days, but it can be longer during busy periods or when we need to wait for a response from the supplier. We'll email you as soon as we have an answer.
