When you click “Apply”, and your voucher/discount code shows up as “Invalid”, you may need to recheck your voucher code’s date of validity.

Once you've confirmed that the code is still valid, please check the following details upon check out:

  • For discount codes in our Flash Sale, 24-hour, or Weekend Specials, there's a quantity limit per customer/order. To ensure the code works, this limit should not be exceeded. Additionally, a minimum order total is set on some specials/promotions
  • Please also make sure you've copied/put the entire code sent to you (note: this may include a "-" /hyphen).
