We aim to process all returns within 7-14 days from the date it's received back at the warehouse.


Depending on the nature of the fault (or return) and the steps taken to remedy it, timeframes can differ depending on the availability of the replacement product or if we need to send the item back to the supplier for warranty assessment. 


DifferentUnfortunately, when we need to send items back to the supplier, timeframes can increase up to 6 weeks due to logistical and processing requirements. Different suppliers have different turnarounds.
