No Signature Required

If you selected “No Signature Required” when you placed your order, the courier driver will leave your package on your premises (or at the specific area you’ve suggested on your courier note when you checked out). 

Signature Required

If you've selected “Signature Required” when you placed your order, and you’re not around when the courier driver comes, he'll take the package back to the depot and you'll be left a card with details so that you can reschedule another delivery.
